RETURNS POLICY

Your rights to return goods are protected under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from Ehappypets.co.uk, you may return it at the address below if you notify us within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for return the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning it. You should take out on your own enough postal insurance to cover its value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are not obliged to give us any reason for a cancellation. However, we encourage you to share with us a brief explanation which will help us to improve the service in the future.

All products we send to our customers are fully insured. But if in the unlikely event your order is damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and send them back to us. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived to you and post it back to us or we will arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately.
